Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and pk87 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the pk87 website at pk87.win and any associated mobile applications including the Android app available via the Download page.

Account Rules

Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using the same identity, same payment method, same device or same IP address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk87 will close the secondary accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and may close the primary account at its discretion.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and logging out of the platform when using a shared or public device. pk87 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login details.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pk87 support at [email protected] immediately. pk87 will investigate and take appropriate steps, which may include a temporary account freeze while the matter is reviewed.

• Do not share your pk87 account login with family members, friends or any third party.
• Do not allow another person to make deposits, place bets or request withdrawals on your behalf.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number current — important account communications are sent to these contacts.
• Notify support immediately if your registered email or phone number changes.

Deposits & Payments

All transactions at pk87 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet transfer, instant credit to pk87 wallet
• Raast — Instant bank-to-bank transfer via the Raast payment network

The minimum deposit at pk87 is PKR 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though pk87 reserves the right to apply per-transaction or daily limits at its discretion, particularly during periods of elevated risk or compliance review.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pk87 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is received from a payment method not matching the account holder's verified identity, pk87 may hold the funds pending verification and may return the funds to the originating payment method at its discretion.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at pk87 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your account. pk87 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under the account holder's verified identity.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard business hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Any active bonus funds with pending wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal is processed, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus balance.
• pk87 reserves the right to process a withdrawal in multiple instalments for large amounts, in which case the player will be notified.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to credit cards or prepaid cards.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk87 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the point of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your pk87 bonus wallet.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be converted to withdrawable balance. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete are forfeited.
• pk87 reserves the right to exclude specific games or bet types from contributing to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slot games and specific bet types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device and per IP address is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and possible account review.

pk87 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus balance already credited will be removed from player accounts. pk87 also reserves the right to withhold bonus or winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse or collusion.

Sports Betting Rules

The pk87 sportsbook covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Tennis, Basketball, Esports and other sports markets. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed at the point of betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk87 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where the platform's cash-out feature is available for that market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the platform's in-play rules. pk87 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• In the event of a Cricket match or PSL fixture being abandoned, interrupted, reduced in overs or declared a no-result, bets will be settled in accordance with the official result and pk87's cricket betting rules applicable to that market type.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error on the part of pk87 may be voided at pk87's discretion. A "manifest error" means an obviously incorrect price — for example, a team priced at 1.01 that should clearly have been 1.10.
• Where the official result of an event is disputed or under review, pk87 may delay settlement until an official outcome is confirmed.
• Accumulator bets are settled at the combined odds of all selections. If one selection is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.

Any attempt to exploit errors in odds, use of automated betting software, or participation in any form of match fixing or irregular betting will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Casino & Games

The pk87 casino offers slots, live dealer tables, fish shooting games, table classics and other game types from verified third-party game providers. All games on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer infrastructure provided by the respective game supplier.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for casino games are set by the game provider and are available in each game's information panel.

• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the jackpot rules of the respective provider. Jackpot wins will be credited to your account in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate if the jackpot is denominated in another currency.

Responsible Gaming

• Operating more than one account, whether directly or in coordination with others.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to exploit errors in odds, game results or bonus calculations.
• Participation in, or facilitation of, match fixing, irregular betting patterns or any activity that brings the integrity of sports or casino games into question.
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider without first contacting pk87 support to resolve the dispute.
• Any activity that pk87 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive conduct directed at pk87 staff or other platform users.

Where an account is closed due to a rule violation, pk87 will communicate the reason to the account holder by email. Players who believe a suspension was made in error may contact support to request a review. pk87 will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

• pk87's liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the amount of the player's verified deposited balance at the time of the relevant event.
• pk87 does not guarantee any particular outcome from sports betting or casino play. All gambling involves risk, and players accept that risk when placing any bet or playing any game.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk87's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Amendments to These Terms
