No. pk87 strictly allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the platform's terms and conditions. Bonus winnings from duplicate accounts will be voided, and all related accounts may be suspended. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option or contact support — do not create a new account.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to that number — enter it, then create a new password. If your number is no longer active or you cannot receive SMS, contact support at [email protected] with your username and account details for manual verification.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your display name and some profile details. For security reasons, changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification — contact the support team via live chat or email to request a number change with the necessary documents ready.
Deposits & Withdrawals

pk87 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. To deposit, go to the Cashier section inside your account, select your preferred method, enter the amount and follow the on-screen steps. Most deposits are credited within a few minutes.

pk87 follows standard anti-fraud practice: withdrawals are generally returned to the same method used for the deposit where possible. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will go back to that JazzCash account. New players receive a welcome bonus on their first qualifying PKR deposit. After depositing, the bonus is added to your account balance and can be used across eligible games. The bonus comes with wagering requirements — you need to wager the bonus amount a set number of times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements mean you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can cash out winnings from it. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets using that bonus. You can track your progress in the Bonuses section of your account. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games contribute less.

It depends on the specific bonus offer. Some pk87 promotions are specifically designed for sports betting — including Cricket and PSL markets — and will clearly state that. If you do not complete the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date, the remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from your account. In-play betting lets you place bets while a Cricket match is in progress. Odds update in real time based on the current match situation — a team that loses two quick wickets will see their match winner odds shift immediately. To use in-play betting, navigate to the live betting section during an active match, choose your market, enter your PKR stake and confirm. Bets placed during in-play are final once accepted.

If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined — whether due to rain, pitch conditions or any other reason — bets on that match are typically voided and stakes returned to your pk87 account balance.
